Investment team

Responsible for the entire investment proces (sourcing, execution, value creation and exit).
This team invests in SMEs and works with the executives and employees of the portfolio companies to improve the corporate value of the portfolio companies. The Investment team is responsible for the entire investment process (sourcing, execution, value creation and exit).



Value creation team

Responsible for the entire investment process (sourcing, execution, value creation and exit) with an emphasis on value creation. This team invests in SMEs and works with the executives and employees of the portfolio companies to improve the corporate value of the portfolio companies. This job involves the entire investment process (sourcing, execution, value creation and exit).



The appeal of this job

You can directly contribute to the improvement of the corporate value of the company and experience a high level of touch. We devise and propose the most effective measures for business succession and corporate value improvement, taking into account the environment surrounding the investee company, its strengths, and resources. Even after the investment, we support the implementation of the measures proposed before the investment through trial and error and brush-up together with the management of the investee. As a result, we are able to experience the process of evolution of the investee company, and ultimately, we are able to see the results in the form of corporate value evaluation. Required

・Experience in leading and executing investments on your own
・Experience in making proposals to management and having them accepted
・Have achieved outstanding results as a leader in a specialized area
