Announcement of information concerning J-STAR

On February 27, 2009 it was announced to the Kyoto District Court that our company will participate as a sponsor in the business restructuring of Moku Moku K.K. (Capital JPY50,000,000, 437 Jyumonji-cho Yanaginobanbatakoyakushisagaru Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, CEO Kanehisa Watanabe), previously applied for under Civil Restructuring Law. We have concluded the basic agreement necessary to participate in said restructuring. With the permission of bondholders and the court, we will begin consulting with Moku Moku and other concerned parties on how best to proceed with the restructuring of their business. As this is an ongoing matter, we will provide details as consultations are held and business restructuring officially begins.
