Regarding investments in Ecos Factory K.K. and Green Loop K.K

This is to announce that on November 29 and 30 of this year, we completed investments in Ecos Factory K.K. and Green Loop K.K. through JSE Investment Partnership, a joint undertaking of our wholly managed and operated investment fund (J-STAR Number One Investment Limited Partnership) and a fund managed and operated by Japan Energy Investment K.K.
