Joined J-STAR in July 2023. He is responsible for internal control as well as overall compliance management matters. Prior to joining J-STAR, he was responsible for compliance risk management at Tokai Tokyo Asset Management and Citigroup Japan since 2007. He also was responsible for the proprietary investment management at Nikko Cordial Group after engaged in the analysis of financial services industry and regulation at Nikko Research Center in Tokyo and New York. He received a BS in Economics from Hitotsubashi University. He is a Certified Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
