Financing Arrangement by Paiza, Inc.

We are pleased to report that Paiza, Inc. (the “Paiza”), a portfolio company of Funds to which we provide investment-related services (*1) completed a JPY 710M financing arrangement with PERSOL CAREER CO., LTD., OUTSOURCING TECHNOLOGY Inc., Benesse Holdings, Inc., Serverworks Co., Ltd., and the management of Paiza, through a third-party allotment.

We will continue to support Paiza’s growth to achieve an essential social role in resolving the shortage of IT Personnel.

(*1)We provide investment-related services to J-STAR No.4-A, LP, etc. directly or via subsidiaries, such as due diligence and recommendation of investment opportunities, and target company management support.
