We are pleased to announce that YJ Holdings Co., Ltd. (“YJ”) that the funds, to which we provide investment-related service (*1) will invest, has announced the commencement of a tender offer toward Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Yaizu, Shizuoka, company representative: Mr. Jun Yamada, URL: https://www.yskf.jp/yskf_en/, TSE Standard Market 2812 “Yaizu”). YJ is a corporation established in July 2023 with the aim to acquire and own common shares of Yaizu through this tender offer.
