Joined J-STAR in March 2015. He is engaged in 6 investments in Hot Palette (Pepper Lunch management), Honest (automotive recycled part manufacturing), Yokoi Manufacturing (manufacturing of fire and disaster prevention equipment), JC Holdings (sale of subculture fashion), Alpha Corporation (staffing of a private teachers), and TSS (manufacturing of electronic circuit boards), and executed 3 successful exits. He is mainly engaged in supporting portfolio companies and value-up activities. During the PMI phase, he secondment at the portfolio companies and supports by collaborating with the management team, making proposals on strategy and planning, and supervising the implementation. Leveraging his experience in various industries, from manufacturing to consumer business, he engages in company value-up activities focusing on organization building and management accounting. Through his experience in managing SMEs, he also provide extensive support through investment activities and growth rooted in real business. Before joining J-STAR, he worked at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and was later involved in SMEs management as a CFO at a precision fluid instrument manufacturer. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Kobe University. He is a Certified Coach of Foundation of Global Life Learning Center and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
